Small Business/Entrepreneur Resource Fair

The Nacogdoches Economic Development Corporation (NEDCO) is excited to announce the upcoming Small Business/Entrepreneur Resource Fair, set for Tuesday, May 6, 2025. The event will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Convention Center of the Fredonia Hotel in Nacogdoches.

For small business owners, gaining direct access to key resources and networking opportunities is vital for success. Whether you’re in the early stages of launching your business or you’re ready to take your established business to new heights, the Resource Fair will connect you with the right people and organizations to help your business thrive. The event is open to anyone looking to start a business, grow an existing one, or seeking guidance on business-related challenges.

A key highlight of the evening will be the panel discussion at 5:45 p.m., featuring two successful local business owners who will share their journeys in entrepreneurship. Brendyn Todd, owner of Brendyn’s BBQ, and Amy Rushing, owner of Winders’ Sales and Services, will discuss both the challenges and triumphs they encountered in starting and growing their businesses. The panel discussion will be moderated by local banker Dustin Beavers.

In addition to the panel discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with representatives from various local organizations and agencies offering expert advice on a wide array of topics, including banking, insurance, business planning, financial assistance, marketing strategies, accounting, real estate, IT solutions, and more.

The NEDCO Small Business/Entrepreneur Resource Fair is part of NEDCO’s ongoing efforts to support the growth and success of small businesses in Nacogdoches. This event is free and open to the public.
